The Fund’s primary purpose is to invest or participate in the real estate business through companies of any type that count with approved preliminary real estate projects, and instruments or contracts representing their debt, or options on the shares of these companies and that develop real estate projects in Chile.

Notwithstanding the amounts kept in cash and banks, the Fund’s primary purpose is to invest its resources, whether through the contribution of capital or through granting of credits to companies whose purpose is to directly or indirectly develop and materialize a real estate project consisting in the construction, lease, and sale of industrial warehouses in the borough of San Bernardo, Santiago.

According to the foregoing, for the investment in the Project, the Fund shall invest in closely-held corporations’ shares, shares of companies limited by shares, or shares in limited partnerships limited by shares (sociedades en comanditas por acciones), and corporate rights in any partnerships (sociedades de personas) that invest their resources in the Project in turn. Likewise, the Fund may incorporate any companies (regardless of their type), being able to establish in the bylaws the conditions of the essence, or their nature, or those merely incidental. Finally, the Fund may invest in any debt title issued by these companies.

The Fund may control the companies it invests in to achieve such a goal.

The Fund’s primary purpose is the execution of five high-rise housing projects. Three of such projects are located in Santiago, one in Concón and, one in Lima, Peru. The company responsible of the administration and management of the projects is Inmobiliaria Fundamenta, a company with vast experience in the business that is a leader in developing eco-efficient projects. The company, its executives, and architects have extensive experience in developing residential buildings.

The primary purpose of the Fund is to invest its resources in closely-held corporations or companies limited by shares and instruments or contracts representing their debt whose goal is to invest or participate, whether directly or indirectly, in real estate development projects in the Metropolitan Administrative Region of Santiago, Chile.

El Fondo tiene como objetivo principal invertir sus recursos en una o más sociedades anónimas cerradas o sociedades por acciones, e instrumentos o contratos representativos de deuda de las mismas que tengan por objeto invertir o participar, ya sea directa o indirectamente, en un proyecto inmobiliario de desarrollo, construcción y venta de uno o dos edificios de vivienda ubicados en la comuna de La Florida, Región Metropolitana, gestionado por el Grupo Fundamenta.

The primary purpose of the Fund is to invest its resources in one or more closely-held corporations or companies limited by shares and instruments or contracts representing their debt whose goal is to invest or participate, whether directly or indirectly, in financing for the acquisition of land in the Metropolitan Administrative Region of Santiago, Chile.

The Fund’s primary purpose is the execution of four medium-density housing projects in the eastern sector of Santiago. The company responsible for the administration and management of the projects is Inmobiliaria Surmonte, a company with a solid business model that is a pioneer of the “Evolution” concept, with flexible floors and wide spaces in each unit. The company, its executives, and its architects focus on their projects’ avant-garde, quality, and design, satisfying a growing niche in the market.

The Fund’s primary purpose is to invest its resources, directly as well as through companies incorporated for such purposes, in shares, securities convertible into shares, securities issued by companies, bonds, negotiable instruments, and other debt instruments of companies, entities, or companies whose direct or indirect objective is the development, construction, and operation of road infrastructure projects, whether urban, suburban in Chile.

Notwithstanding the amounts kept in cash, banks, and those indicated below, the Fund’s primary purpose is to invest its resources in the shares of the private investment fund “Cordada Fondo de Inversión Privado Deuda y Facturas I,” managed by Cordada Capital S.A.

The primary purpose of the Fund is to invest its resources in shares of the private investment fund “Cordada Fondo de Inversión Privado Deuda USD Latam” managed by Cordada Capital S.A or in the investment vehicles generated abroad, whose purpose is to create an investment portfolio balanced in its concentration and diversification. The portfolio will be comprised of invoices issued, term deposits, and other short or medium-term debt instruments, and all types of securities, corporate rights, titles of credit, negotiable instruments, and investment instruments.

The Fund’s primary purpose is to invest in credit or collection portfolios comprised of all kinds of credit instruments or contracts from which arise the rights to collect specific amounts of money.

The primary purpose of the Fund is to invest in Inmobiliaria Exxacon through structured financing with a structure comprised of preferred capital and mezzanine debt.

The Fund’s primary purpose is to invest its resources in Endorsable Mortgage-backed Loans for housing purposes issued by the company Evoluciona Administradora de Mutuos Hipotecarios S.A. or by other MHE management agents duly registered in the Comisión para el Mercado Financiero (Financial Market Commission).
