Frontal Trust Mercado Pago de Créditos Fondo de Inversión

The main objective of the Fund is to invest in a portfolio of loans payable in Chilean pesos, where the creditor is Mercado Pago Lending Ltda. and the debtors are sellers registered on the platforms of Mercado Pago Operadora S.A., www.mercadolibre.cl, or other companies within its corporate group. The loans will be acquired by the Fund through credit assignment agreements without liability, entered into between Mercado Pago Lending Ltda. (as assignor) and the Administrator (on behalf of the Fund, as assignee). In this process, Mercado Pago Lending Ltda. will deliver to the Administrator the titles corresponding to each of the assigned loans. The collection and recovery of these loans will be managed by Mercado Pago Lending Ltda., acting on behalf of the Fund.
