A glance at the global context of the economy

We held the first “Good Ideas at Frontal Trust” meeting in June 2018, an initiative that included the presence of the prominent economist and professor, Sebastián Edwards, and the CEO of Everwest, Rick Stone, our investments strategic ally in Real Estate in the United States.

Attendance at the meeting was 150 guests from the financial sector, which began with a welcome greeting from Andrés Echeverría, founding partner and Chairman of the Board of Frontal Trust, who spoke of the development of the firm, in its first three years of existence, and the future plans to continue growing in investments in alternative assets both in Chile and in other markets.

Rick Stone made a complete analysis of the real estate market and trends in the United States, while Sebastián Edwards highlighted the austerity policy implemented by Sebastián Piñera’s government, in order to reduce the fiscal deficit and try to stabilize the debt, and stressed that “Chile’s debt is not high, so there is no great concern and that must be clarified.”
