In 2017, we entered the American market through a local partner specialized in Real Estate. We maintain an exclusive fund with this partner to execute a value-add strategy within a portfolio of office buildings.

Since that time, we have been continuously analyzing and seeking attractive and profitable investment opportunities, primarily in the states of Florida, Texas, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.

The main purpose of the Fund is to invest in real estate assets for income in healthcare with “triple-net,” sole-lessee, long-term lease agreements throughout the United States.

The fund’s strategy is to create investment opportunities under US$5 million until achieving a 20-25 asset portfolio and sell it entirely in 3 to 4 years to institutional purchasers, with a portfolio premium.

The primary purpose of the Fund is to invest in residential properties in south Florida. Currently, the portfolio has over 130 properties located maily in Homestead, a high-growth area in southern Miami-Dade County, as well as in other neighborhoods south of Miami.

The strategy is to grow the real estate portfolio managed by Frontal Trust U.S., achieve 150 units, and then sell all the portfolio to large institutional funds of residential income.

The primary purpose of the Fund is to purchase bridge loans in the United States to keep them up to their maturity and collect principal and interest. These bridge loans are taken by real estate investors who purchase houses for their lease or to fix and flip them (“Fix & Flip” loans). The loans have a 12 to 18-month term, interest rates between 7% and 12%, and usually include a balance for renovations.
