Taking advantage of opportunities in the Peruvian market, in August 2021, we opened our office in Lima, providing our clients with new investment alternatives with the goal of consistently creating value in long-term relationships and building their trust.
However, we had previously made investments in Peru, maintaining vehicles dedicated exclusively to investing in this market, both in the Real Estate sector with residential development projects, and in Private Equity and Private Debt, financing invoices, preferred equity, direct debt, as well as mortgage and automotive financing.
Investments
The primary purpose of the Fund is to invest its resources in shares of the private investment fund “Cordada Fondo de Inversión Privado Deuda USD Latam” managed by Cordada Capital S.A or in the investment vehicles generated abroad, whose purpose is to create an investment portfolio balanced in its concentration and diversification. The portfolio will be comprised of invoices issued, term deposits, and other short or medium-term debt instruments, and all types of securities, corporate rights, titles of credit, negotiable instruments, and investment instruments.
